Tina's head injury causes her to see the New Directions kids swapping bodies, before they take the stage at Nationals to perform Lady GaGa's 'The Edge of Glory' among other songs.
After having some fun on the prom night, the kids of New Directions prepare a high-concept routine for Nationals next week on "Glee". Sue and Will are going full force to get the kids ready for the annual event, but the Cheerios coach may have a unique idea to train the kids.
When Tina falls into a fountain, her head injury causes her to see an alternate reality version of New Directions. She switches roles with Rachel, sees Puck as Blaine, Rory as Sam, Kurt as Finn, Sugar Motta as Quinn, Joe as Mike, and Will as Sue. The body-swapping twist aside, Puck is drag dressing by wearing a blonde wig.
Later, the New Directions perform at Nationals where Lindsay Lohan guest stars as herself. She appears among other celebrity judges, Rex Lee and Perez Hilton. As for the New Directions set list, Lady GaGa's "The Edge of Glory" is one of the songs to be performed at the competition.
"Glee" will return with the two-hour special on Tuesday, May 15 starting at 8/7c on FOX.
