"True Blood" knows waiting sucks, but tells fans not to shed tears while waiting for the show's return. HBO has just released a teaser poster for the upcoming fifth season of its high-rated series, featuring a bloody tear trickling down a white, pale cheek. Below the tear, there's a tagline which reads, "Don't cry. It's back."

The new season of "True Blood" will premiere Sunday, June 10 at 9/8c. Several sneak peeks have confirmed that Russell Edgington escapes from his cement grave, spreading a new terror on Sookie's and her beloved vampires' lives. Eric tries to find out who has released Russell, and confronts his loyal assistant Pam in the process.

In addition to Dennis O'Hare who reprises his role as Russell, Scott Foley returns as Terry's old military buddy. Christopher Meloni joins the regular cast as Roman, the leader of The Vampire Authority, while Camilla Luddington is cast in a recurring role as fairy Claudette.
