Michaela DePrince shows off her ballet skills during Bedingfield's performance, while Dmitry Chaplin and Anna Trebunskaya accompany Nathan Morris and co. with their ballroom number.
Natasha Bedingfield and Boyz II Men have entertained "Dancing with the Stars" audience on the night Gladys Knight was sent packing. The British pop singer performed live her new song "Wild Horses" as the R&B trio returned to the ballroom to sing their latest single "One More Dance".
Both performances were highlighted by a dance number. 17-year-old ballerina Michaela DePrince showed off her dance skills as Bedingfield delivered her tune with piano accompaniment, and pro-dancers Dmitry Chaplin and Anna Trebunskaya took the ballroom floor when Boyz II Men sang the song off their 20th anniversary album, "Twenty".
DePrince, who was joined by dancer Ade Chike Torbert during Bedingfield's performance, is a student at the American Ballet Theatre in New York City. Adopted from Sierra Leone as a toddler, the teenager is one of the six dancers featured in "First Position", a documentary that "follows young dancers competing for scholarships at the Youth America Grand Prix."
"DWTS" result show on Tuesday, April 24 night saw the elimination of soul singer Knight and her pro dancer partner Tristan MacManus. After learning her fate, the 67-year-old songstress said, "I am just amazed at this journey. It's been absolutely extraordinary, I learned so many things, found so many friends and family and I'm just overjoyed."
