Piers Morgan is not a fan of Madonna and he once again reminded people of that. The British TV personality has banned the "Girl Gone Wild" songstress from his two shows after previously sending a cynical tweet on Monday, March 26.
"Welcome to Twitter @MadonnaMDNAday -you're still banned from my show. Love Piers," so the former "America's Got Talent" judge wrote, referring to Madge's twitter handle which she used for one day to promote her latest album, "MDNA".
Responding to the jab, Madge's manager Guy Oseary tweeted on Tuesday, "Really??" while posting an invitation to the singer from Morgan's U.K.'s talk show "Piers Morgan's Life Stories". The letter, which was sent in October 2011 read, "Piers Morgan is delighted to invite Madonna to be a special guest for his LA recording of his UK chat show - where she would be welcome to promote her new film and forthcoming album release (and perform two numbers)."
Showing no sign of backing down, the CNN host tweeted back, "Madonna's only been banned from my #CNN show @guyoseary-not my UK show, which sent that invite. But I'm now banning her from that too." He even boycotts Madge's manager as writing, "Oh, and I'm afraid you're banned from all my shows too @guyoseary-guilt by association, sorry."
Morgan revealed last year that his grudge against Madge started back when he was an editor of the Daily Mirror tabloid. According to the "Piers Morgan Tonight" host, he was lied to by the singer's publicist in order to ensure that a rival paper got her pregnancy announcement. He has since used such words as "con artist", "barbaric", "grotesque" and "gruesome" to brand the "W.E." director.
