To help celebrate Minaj's 29th birthday, the 'Girl Gone Wild' singer sings 'Happy Birthday' to the female rapper before landing a kiss on her lips.
A few months after Nicki Minaj bragged about getting a kiss on the lips from Madonna, footage which captured the moment during Madge's "Give Me All Your Luvin' " video shoot finally hit the web. Before landing a smooch on the female rapper, the Queen of Pop sang "Happy Birthday" to the femcee, who turned 29 on December 8 last year.
Madge brought Minaj some birthday cupcakes with candles on them and handed the birthday girl a champagne flute. After the "Super Bass" rapstress blew out the candles, the Material Girl leaned in and kissed the rapper on the lips. This happened when they took a break from filming Marilyn Monroe-inspired scene with M.I.A.. The three female stars donned blonde wigs and lace dresses.
"You guys, thank you so much," a beaming Minaj told the people crowding around her. "I have to thank the queen, Madonna, for giving me this amazing opportunity. I love her so much." To the cameraman, she said, "Did you get the kiss from Madonna on camera? Oh my God!"
Back then, Minaj also took to Twitter to share the joy with her Twitter followers, "OH MY f'ingggg Gahhhh!!!!! MADONNA jus kissed me!!!!! On the lips!!!!!!! It felt sooooo good. Soooo soft!!!! *passes out* aaahhhhh!!!!!!!!!"
Madonna herself talked about the lip-lock when doing an interview with Anderson Cooper as recalling, "It was her birthday and it was actually the end of one of those long days of shooting, and we were all giving a birthday toast to her. After a few sips of champagne, I kissed her!"
"Give Me All Your Luvin' " is taken from Madge's newly-released studio album "MDNA". It's first showcased at halftime show of Super Bowl XLVI at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis last February.
