AceShowbiz - There was a reason why Jermaine Jackson did not come to Whitney Houston's funeral last month. According to The Sun, the older brother of Michael Jackson had a year-long affair with her a long time ago, that was why he was so grief-stricken he could not bring himself to attend her funeral in New Jersey.
Jermaine was a married man at that time to Berry Gordy's daughter, Hazel. The Sun did not mention the year they had an affair but said that her 1985 song "Saving All My Love for You" was echoing her real life with the mistress longing to make the married man hers. Whitney even hired a Jermaine lookalike for the music video.
Michael was among few people who knew about the secret relationship but he did not give it a support. After the affair ended, Whitney and Jermaine remained friends until her death last month.
