Zac Efron finally came clean about having a condom in his pocket while attending the Los Angeles premiere of his new movie "The Lorax". The 24-year-old actor told Matt Lauer on "The Today Show" that it was actually "a great message" for the youth out there when he accidentally dropped a shiny packet on the red carpet.
Lauer teased Efron, "There's something else that brought the attention to this movie recently at the premiere." Although he initially said he didn't want to discuss it further, Efron said with a smile, "I never really had a pocket-checking policy prior to going on the red carpet before, but now we fully instated one."
He joked with the host, that the red carpet blunder is "a great message to add to the many messages of the film". Lauer then added the pun to the term "production company".
