Paris Hilton Says 'Drunk Text' Was Something She Did for Fun
Music

Denying that the song is one of her new materials, Paris says, 'My new single will be out in the next few months with Afrojack and a very special surprise guest.'

AceShowbiz - Paris Hilton breaks her silence on the rumors surrounding "Drunk Text" viral video which features her. The heiress of the Hilton chain hotels denies speculation that the dance music featured in the video is her upcoming offering.

The "Stars Are Blind" singer posts on her official website, "I'm getting a lot of tweets about this song that just leaked. No, this is not my new single." The blonde beauty furthermore explains, "It's just a demo I did for fun with friends a while ago."

Paris assures that her music will be released sometime soon. "My new single will be out in the next few months with Afrojack and a very special surprise guest," she spills. "Can't wait for you all to hear it, such a fun club song! Love you guys!"

The newly-leaked video features Paris lingering in a club with two gentlemen. She talks about the danger of the drunk texting over the upbeat sound provided by her so-called friends, Manufactured Superstars. "I went to the club the other night to, you know, dance with my b***hes," she starts.

"That guy was there again. He's like, 'I'm sorry for what I said last weekend.' I told him I didn't mind, which was a lie. But I was equally sorry, and I didn't want to apologize. It was just a drunk text. In my head, I was writing a fiction of us. Behind my eyes, I was begging for things my lips could never ask. And my mouth kept pouring desperate clauses of random intent."

Her story continues, "I'm on the dance floor, when I get a text from Adam. I'm too lazy to type, so I send a photo I took up a dancer's skirt and tell him to come and get it, not realizing what I had just said. Later on, she comes up to me, holds up her phone, screaming at me, and I say, 'I'm sorry, it was just a drink text."

"I should have known they knew each other. No one is safe in the Twittersphere anymore," she pours her thoughts out. "You take the word 'Sex' and mix it with 'Texting' - it's called 'Sexting'. When you add drunk sexting, the words just don't make any sense ."

The Manufactured Superstars themselves have reacted to the leaked video. "This is an unfinished rough cut, which was not ready for release," they told E! News. "We're looking into what happened and removing the illegal copies from the web. We've heard some songs from her new record which are incredible and are really going to surprise people."
