Before he sends his ex-girlfriend the birthday wishes, Breezy fires back at WWE heavyweight champion CM Punk for tweeting he wants to 'curb stomp' the 'Wet the Bed' singer.
Many might not yet be ready to forgive Chris Brown for his 2009 assault on Rihanna, but the "We Found Love" singer herself proves she has already moved past the incident. Receiving a birthday message from her ex-boyfriend on her actual birthday, the Barbadian beauty took to her Twitter to express her gratitude.
On Monday, February 20, Riri wrote simply, "Thanks!", as she retweeted Breezy's post, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROBYN!", which refers to her birth name Robyn Rihanna Fenton. Minutes later, the 24-year-old thanked her fans by tweeting, "Ahhhhhhh ALL MY BDAY wishes from my DM to my TL!!!! KRAY! I truly love u guys, thank you so much #RihannaNavy for makin me feel special."
The Twitter exchange came just days after it was reported that Riri invited Breezy to her early birthday party at the Hearst Mansion in Beverly Hills on February 13. Celebuzz confirmed that her ex was indeed in attendance, and British tabloid Daily Mirror quoted a reported guest's tweet, "All I can say, CB was invited and she [Rihanna] was acting like the happiest girl on her birthday and probably got what she asked for."
In another news, Breezy has ripped WWE heavyweight champion CM Punk for his recent tweet about the "Wet the Bed" singer. On Sunday, February 19 night, Punk wrote on his account, "I would like @chrisbrown fight somebody that can defend themselves. Me curb stomping that turd would be a #wrestlemania moment."
The snipe got Breezy to fire back as he tweeted, "@CMpunk needs more followers. He's such a leader! Not to mention the roids hes on has made it utterly impossible for him pleasure a women." Not stopping there, the "Next 2 You" singer added in another tweet, "@CMpunk contact my assistant and I'll have em send u an autographed pic for my biggest FAN!!!"
