Held at a penthouse suite overlooking West Hollywood's Sunset Strip, the February 11 bash was attended by the likes of Courteney Cox, Chelsea Handler, Emily Blunt and many other A-listers.
Jennifer Aniston celebrated her 43rd birthday last Saturday, February 11 with a party thrown by boyfriend Justin Theroux. Details of the bash have since been shared by Us Weekly, which reported that it took place in a penthouse suite overlooking the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, California.
An inside source said that the decoration was kept minimal "with white hurricane candles lining the room and the balcony." The insider went on to recall the party's atmosphere as saying, "A bar was set up inside along with a table where guests put presents. It was a cold night, but there were heaters on the patio. There were servers walking around with appetizers and jazz music playing."
Aniston wore a sleeveless black dress for the special occasion and sipped on martinis during the soiree. It was said that she also spent time with each of her guests, which included Courteney Cox, Chelsea Handler, Jimmy Kimmel, Ben Stiller, Emily Blunt and Jason Bateman.
"She seemed very excited to see her friends, but she never got too far from Justin," the insider noted. "Every once in awhile, Justin would come up from behind and give her a big hug and kiss. They would embrace and whisper to each other for a minute but then go back to socializing. She seemed very relaxed."
According to the inside source, many of the guests stayed "past midnight", adding that Aniston and her boyfriend Theroux were among "some of the last people to leave."
