The 'Dark Tide' actress has been snapped looking at some beach front property in Malibu to reportedly find a temporary place to live while her Hollywood Hills home is under repair.

AceShowbiz - Before she materializes her plan in moving to Europe, Halle Berry might be first looking for a temporary place to live that is closer to home. The leading lady of "Frankie and Alice" was recently caught on camera checking out some beachfront properties in Malibu, California.
According to TMZ, the 45-year-old actress was spotted looking at the houses on Thursday, February 9. Words are, she is looking for a short term rental while her home in the Hollywood Hills goes under reparation. It is also noted that the Oscar winner wants to make sure she is in a safe and secure area.
Report of Berry going house hunting in Malibu came out after the girlfriend of Olivier Martinez filed a request in family court for a permission to move to France with daughter Nahla. It is said that she wants to relocate from the United States because she fears for her life and that of Nahla.
E! News reported that Robert Hoskins, the Madonna's stalker who has made threat to slit Berry's throat, escaped from a mental institution sometime last week. The news site added that Richard Franco, the man who was sentenced to 386 days in jail for stalking the actress, was released recently after serving 193 days and receiving credits for work and good behavior for the remainder.
