Meanwhile, Beyonce Knowles is reportedly offered $500 million to fill one of the vacant spots in the judging panel.

AceShowbiz - Simon Cowell can save his time from pursuing Madonna to be one of the judges on "The X Factor (US)". The Material Girl has recently hinted that she is so busy with her current activities that she won't have time for the gig even if the British television producer comes with an offer.

"I think I have enough jobs," so the 53-year-old singer responded to a question from an audience at Super Bowl XLVI press conference who asked if she would consider to fill one of the empty seats on the judging panel of the FOX singing talent. She quickly added, "But thank you for thinking of me, if you did Simon."

Reports have been running wild regarding the possible new judges on the U.S. version of "The X Factor" since it was confirmed that Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger would not return in the second season. Words are, Simon wants a big name from music industry and Beyonce Knowles is on his list.

A so-called insider told MediaTakeOut.com that the former "American Idol" judge has offered Jay-Z's wife $500 million for a five-year contract. "He wants a big name female star on the panel. Mariah [Carey] is good, but she's not that hot today," the source explained. "He wants Beyonce because that would immediately give him the bounce needed to beat American Idol."

Mariah herself was one of the names that first came out as the possible replacement. It was said that Stacy Ferguson aka Fergie was also considered to join Simon and L.A. Reid as the judges, while David Beckham's wife, Victoria Adams, could replace Steve Jones as the host.
