Days leading to the premiere of his "Better Than I Know Myself" video, Adam Lambert releases a short snippet to hold fans over. Clocking in around 30 seconds long, the sneak peek sees the Indianapolis-born singer in his apartment writing lyrics, listening to music on headphones, and doing meditation.
"I definitely wanted to take a more hands on role in the video concept, in the whole process," Lambert said. "Luckily, I got my first pick of director, which was Ray Kay. He's got some great taste and great ideas." He added, "I think when viewers see the video they'll look at the lyrics a little bit differently than may have first considered them."
Lambert includes "Better Than I Know Myself" in his second studio album "Trespassing", which is due to come out across the United States on March 20. For the single's music video, he's going to premiere it in full this coming Friday, February 3.
