The Boss and E Street Band will play both small and big stadiums in their first trek in support of the new album, 'Wrecking Ball'.

Bruce Springsteen has announced the additional dates of his "Wrecking Ball" tour. Previously, The Boss and E Street Band listed dates between May 13 to July 28, but they will actually go down the road as early as March 18.

The 19-date tour in the United States will kick off at the Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia on March 18 and wrap up at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey on May 2. The band will continue the trek to Europe eleven days after completing the U.S. tour. But they will return Stateside sometime later this year to play major stadiums.

Springsteen will hit South by Southwest Music and Media Conference and Festival in Austin, Texas three days before the U.S. tour begins. He is listed as the keynote speaker but it is possible that he will also perform in the area.

Tickets for the U.S. tour will go on sale this Friday, January 27. Springsteen's new studio album "Wrecking Ball" will hit the stores March 6.
