AceShowbiz - Details about the divorce settlement between Kobe Bryant and his estranged wife have emerged. Property records filed at the Orange County Clerk-Recorders Office in Santa Ana, California uncovered that Vanessa Bryant will get three of their estates with all three of their houses in Newport Beach area being transferred to her.

The brunette beauty, who stood by Kobe when he was accused of sexual assault by a hotel employee in Colorado in 2003, gets to keep the mansion where she and the Los Angeles Lakers star were living in. She also snags the new home the estranged couple had been building for the past two years as well as the house her mother is currently living in.

TMZ additionally reported that Vanessa will also walk away with at least $75 million in addition to ongoing spousal and child support. The sum is said to be close to half of Kobe's total assets which is estimated at $150 million. Inside sources claimed that the property settlement agreement has already been finalized.

Kobe and Vanessa have been married for more than ten years before she filed for divorce in December 2011. They have two daughters together. In a joint statement about their split, the estranged couple said, "We ask that in the interest of our young children and in light of the upcoming holiday season, the public respect our privacy during this most difficult time."
