AceShowbiz - Vanessa Paradis continues to be seen without her partner of nearly 14 years, Johnny Depp, amid reports of their split. Shortly after words spread that she and the Captain Jack Sparrow of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" franchise have officially ended their relationship, the 39-year-old actress was photographed going out solo in Paris, France.
The former girlfriend of Lenny Kravitz went on a shopping spree at FNAC, a music and book store near the Arc de Triomphe, on Thursday, January 19. Covered up in a beanie, scarf and trench coat, she, according to PEOPLE, bought a DVD set, which included "The Seven Year Itch", and art tomes, one of which features Picasso.
It wasn't the first time Paradis was spotted without Depp after rumors of their break-up surfaced. Back on January 9, the French star was snapped stepping out with their 12-year-old daughter, Lily-Rose at The Grove in West Hollywood. Looking glum during the particular outing, she gave no hint of smile to the camera.
Just days earlier, Radar Online reported that Paradis and Depp have considered ending the relationship after having constant arguments. "Johnny isn't handling anything well right now," an inside source said. "People around him are worried about how Johnny is doing because he and Vanessa seem so fractured right now. Their relationship is heading toward the end."
On Wednesday, January 18, PEOPLE came out with the report that the twosome are currently living "separate lives". Suggesting that the couple's relationship is all but officially over, the publication pointed out that the two, who are also parents to 9-year-old Jack, have not appeared together on a red carpet for more than a year and cited an insider as saying, "It's so sad."
