In a declaration he submitted when seeking to have his 1998 marriage to Jan Ashley annulled, Robert Kardashian states that he already had four biological children and didn't wish for more.

AceShowbiz - Khloe Kardashian seems to still have her late father by her side when questions about her lineage surfaced recently. Shortly after two of Robert Kardashian's ex-wives claimed that the "Khloe & Lamar" star isn't his biological daughter, a newly-uncovered legal documents revealed that the late lawyer has sworn she is his.

Back in 1999, Robert submitted a sworn statement to a judge when seeking to annul his 1998 marriage to second wife Jan Ashley. In the declaration obtained by TMZ, he said although he and Jan had agreed to have a child together, he changed his mind after their wedding as explaining, "I decided that since I already had four biological children, I did not wish to have any more."

Rumors that Khloe's not Robert's biological daughter were sparked by Star magazine. The tabloid reported that both Jan and Robert's widow Ellen Kardashian claimed the famed lawyer told them personally about it. Ellen, in particular, noted Khloe's different physical features from her three siblings, Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian and Rob Kardashian.

As soon as the claims made headlines, Khloe took to Twitter to blast her father's exes. "The audacity you have to mention my father's name like this! Should be ashamed of urself! I let a lot of things slide but this one is really low," so she tweeted on January 11. "YOU ARE DISGUSTING!"

Khloe's mother Kris Jenner also addressed the claim when appearing on ABC News on Thursday. "It just gets weirder and weirder. I have never heard of such crap before in my life," she said. "I mean, I was there... right? I gave birth, I know who the dad was, everything's good. We're all good. Don't worry about it."
