With the help from her rapper boyfriend, the ex-flame of Kanye West sings about dealing with the hardship of being famous.
Amber Rose's first foray into music has been revealed in a form of a new song called "Fame". Featuring her rapper boyfriend Wiz Khalifa, the former flame of Kanye West stays true to the title of the song by narrating the ups and downs of being famous.
"Can't shop for clothes or buy some cigs/ Without paparazzi waiting for a flick/ This is a new situation," Amber croons in mild auto-tuned voice. Wiz chimes in with his rap lines, "Now you're busting out, doing your thing/ In your face, cussin' them out/ Brag 'cause you're the one that they fuss about."
Talking about the creative process of the song, the 28-year-old model told MTV RapFix, "I made the entire song and then sent it to him [Wiz], he was overseas on tour at the time." She added, "He thought the track was dope and I asked him if he would be on it, he said definitely."
Though releasing an album is on her agenda, Amber insisted that she won't rush it. "I've taken vocal lessons and I'm working on my album, but right now I'm in the beginning phases and I'm just taking my time," she explained.
The vixen, who has made cameo appearances in Ludacris, Young Jeezy and Nicki Minaj's music videos, also said, "I have my own unique sound, I make music that I love and I hope that my fans and the people that embrace me will love it also!"
