Just a day before turning 30, Kate Middleton stepped out in public to attend "War Horse" premiere in rainy London. Coming with her husband, Prince William, the brunette beauty stunned the crowd with her floor-length lace Alice Temperley gown.
The Duke of Cambridge also opted for a formal look by donning a black and white suit. As gentleman as always, he shielded his wife from the rain with an umbrella when walking down the red carpet at the event, which benefited the Foundation of Prince William and Prince Harry.
At the special screening, the royal couple mingled with "War Horse" cast and crew, including director Steven Spielberg. Some actors spotted at the event included Jeremy Irvine, Emily Watson and Tom Hiddleston. Also stealing the spotlight was Joey the horse, which becomes a big part in the film.
In another news related to Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge will likely not celebrate her 30th birthday with a lavish party as some suggested before. A spokesman for St James' Palace stated, "Whatever is planned will be low-key and private."
