Amidst a lot of congratulatory messages they received after welcoming a baby girl, Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z land in hot water. The powerhouse couple reportedly get complaints from one new dad who has his wife staying at Lenox Hill Hospital, the same facility Queen Bey delivered her tot.

According to New York Daily News, it's a man named Neil Coulon from Brooklyn who was furious at the "Countdown" singer and her rapper husband. The 38-year-old contractor claimed that "the stress of his wife delivering two premature girls was tripled by Beyonce's bodyguards treating Lenox Hill Hospital like an exclusive nightclub."

He's additionally upset for being banned from seeing his twins and having his relatives booted out of the waiting room. "Three times they stopped me from entering or exiting the NICU (Neo-natal Intensive Care Unit) and it happened once on Friday - just because they wanted to use the hallway," he stated.

Rumor has it, Bey and Jigga spent 1.3 million to rent the entire fourth floor of the hospital, but Neil was not the least bit impressed by it. "I know they spent $1.3 million and I'm just a contractor from Bed-Stuy, but the treatment we received was not okay," he scoffed. "My wife is just terribly upset. She had a C-section. She gave birth to twins. She is sore. Nobody needs this."

"They should have been more strategic about it," he said. "These are children with problems in intensive care and you're just going to take over the hospital like you own it? All I want is an apology." He added, "This is the NICU. Nobody cares if you're a celebrity. Nobody is star-gazing. They just want to see their children."

An anonymous staffer from the hospital confirmed the complaint. "Some people were upset," the staffer told the publication. "I heard a gentleman say he couldn't go upstairs to see his baby [Saturday]." A hospital rep, Anne Silverman, however, claimed she had not personally heard of it. "We take patient satisfaction very seriously," she insisted. "This is the first time I'm hearing about it."

Beyonce Knowles reportedly checked in to a private wing of Lenox Hill Hospital on late Friday, January 6 night under the name Ingrid Jackson and gave birth to the baby that very night. She and Jay-Z named the newborn Blue Ivy Carter. They got outpouring congratulations from fans and fellow celebs including Rihanna, Gwyneth Paltrow and Solange Knowles.

That day, there's already a report suggesting that doctors and nurses were not allowed to get to the floor, prompting a doctor to complain that he had patients to see.

I Dont think they beyonce and jay should be sued. they were protecting they child like any other parent would. you know how many ppl are just waiting to get their hand on that bby? its ridiculous. no one should be upset that unfourtanately the other parents didnt have the money for soo much protective services. I'll do the same thing for my child

I think it is ridiculous to say that other parents shouldn't be upset that they couldn't see their kids. I don't care how famous you are. If you wanted it to be a private event, you should have given birth at home. Lord knows they had the money to set up a room with a medical staff in privacy. It is a shame that people feel these two were in the right. I would have punched someone in the face if they told me I wasn't allowed to see my child because of some bitchy famous person giving birth. It's not right.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z should be sued for preventing other parents from seeing their children in the hospital. Who do Beyoncé and Jay-Z think they are?! A goddess and a god?! If I was a member of the jury, I would give each and every parent who was prevented from seeing their children, as well as the doctors and nurses who were prevented from caring for their patients, the amount of money they would ask for, however high it might be. It might teach Beyoncé and Jay-Z a lesson! It is thanks to us that they are rich! They should remember that! Anyways, do not count on me anymore to buy any of their music. I will consider it as crap anyways from now on!

The man should not ask for an apology. He should sue. If I were on the jury I would give him whatever he wanted. I would say at least 100 million. Put Bouncy and Bo-bo back on the street where they belong.

I think he should sue the hospital and Bouncy and Bo-bo. If I were on the jury I would grant whatever you asked. Put Bouncy and Bo-bo on the street.

BULL !!! The hospital administrator knew exactly what happened. Unfortunately the "regular" guy didn't have 1.3 million to rent out an entire floor so he and the rest of the patients AND staff were treated like crap.

This family should sue the hospital and Beyonce and Jay-z. Had that been me, I wouldn't have stopped until I got to see my baby in NICU. One day hopefully Beyonce and Jay-z will be humbled by something.

Just another couple of who are's and soon to be who were's. They forget that iti s the average foolish person that buys whatever the talent they are selling that allows them to be Celebrities in the first place. Those who give them that will also take it away.
