Prepare to shed tears when watching a January 25 episode of "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation". The upcoming outing, which will mark Marg Helgenberger's final appearance on the long-running crime drama series, will see her character Catherine Willow saying goodbye to her team mates.
Giving sneak peeks to the farewell scenes, some pictures from the said episode show Catherine hugging, Brass, Sara and Nick while D.B. Russell, Greg and Morgan are watching. Catherine gets emotional and breaks into tears in another photo which features her alone.
To air in the next two weeks on CBS, "Willows in the Wind" will see Catherine Willows making a life-changing decision after she wraps up one last case. As a replacement to Helgenberger, Elisabeth Shue will be introduced as new character Julie Finlay in February.

it is going to be really sad to see Catherine leave, i hope they find someone that is going to do a hell of a good job to replace Catherine in which that is going to be hard.......
