Though confirming that she and the Mixed Martial Arts manager said their 'I Do's' in Las Vegas on New Year's Day, the ex-wife of Eddie Cibrian explains that they won't 'stay married.'
Having too much to drink on New Year's Eve, Brandi Glanville ended up getting married to Mixed Martial Arts manager Darin Harvey in Las Vegas. On Saturday, December 31 night, the former wife of Eddie Cibrian wrote on her Twitter account, "Getting married @darinharvey !!!" She, however, assured that the wedding was nothing more than a drunken impulse.
Speaking to Us Weekly about the quickie wedding, the 38-year-old gushed, "[We're] married! But to make it legal, I have to go to the courthouse today and I don't think we're gonna. Super fun though!" She further stressed, "We're not gonna stay married. But it was a fun way to start out the new year!"
Harvey himself offered an explanation on Sunday, January 1. "@BrandiGlanville it's a big blur bottle of Patron Elvis now I'm married. At least she's hot and sane," he wrote in one tweet. In another, he assured, "Don't worry @BrandiGlanville and I had a crazy Vegas moment. Getting annulled tomorrow... no worries was a drunken BFF thing getting annulled."
On Monday, January 2, the cast member of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" posted a series of tweets, in which she apologized if she and Harvey offended others by their flurry of fun. "Its a new day & i've been reading all my replies & just wanna say I'm taking all ur comments seriously!" she started her posting.
"Ringing in the new yr in Vegas w/ my gals & BFF of many yrs was SO much fun & we got carried away by getting married! I didn't realize what we did wuld affect others so seriously! in my head I was just having fun w/ my beset friend who I adore & has been there for me during all my tuff times!"
"I didnt mean to offend anyone! I beleive everyone shud be able to get married & maybe even embarass themselves in Vegas ;). This yr has been great for me in many ways! Im gr8ful for all the ppl I met thru RHOBV. Bare w/ me, Im gonna make mistakes, but I always learn from them! xob."
