Though admitting she 'wasn't so happy' with her husband's initial design ideas, the 'New Year's Eve' actress later tweets, 'Kinda the most romantic thing anyone's ever done for me.'
Katherine Heigl apparently loves Josh Kelley's early birthday present for her and their daughter. On Tuesday, November 22, the "Life as We Know It" actress shared on Twitter that her singer husband has got his first tattoo in honor of her and their daughter, calling it the most romantic thing ever.
After sharing a photo of the ink design on Josh's left forearm, the 32-year-old actress wrote on the social networking site, "Here it is y'all! How cool is that??!!" In the same tweet, she gushed, "Kinda the most romantic thing anyone's ever done for me and so hot that he's such an amazing dad!"
Earlier the same day, Katherine revealed that she accompanied Josh to Studio City Tattoo parlor in Los Angeles to get his first tattoo. She tweeted at the time, "My dad and I are hanging with him for moral support!" As her husband got the ink etched on his skin, she tweeted photos as well as updates on the progress.
In one of her tweets, the "One for the Money" actress revealed that she "wasn't so happy with" Josh's first few ideas, but found the final design "pretty cool". At some point, she joked, "Ok he's starting to crack! I think he might cry soon! @JoshBkelley just keep doing your yoga breaths! We'll get through this together!!"
When it's all done, Josh himself took to his Twitter account to explain about the design. "My wifes bday is nov 24 and naleighs on nov 23 so her 23 is in Korean and the sagittarius symbol in the middle," so the brother of Lady Antebellum member Charles Kelley wrote.
