AceShowbiz - Selena Gomez parties from the sunrise until almost the dawn in her music video for "Hit the Lights". The singer and her band The Scene began their fun-filled day in sun-drenched fields before moving to the streets at night.
"Hit the lights, let the music move you/Lose yourself tonight, come alive/Let the moment take you, lose control tonight/Hit the lights, let the music move you/Lose yourself tonight, come alive/Let the moment take you, lose control tonight," Gomez sang as her friends let it loose.
"Hit the Lights" is one of the singles pulled from her "When the Sun Goes Downs" album. Gomez said that the song is an encouragement for people to "loose and have fun and be young and crazy". Regarding the concept of the video, she said, "This video is more organic than anything I've done before. It's about being with people you love and enjoying the moment, and embracing the moment you're in your life."
