Less than three months after they announced that they have got engaged, Heather and her former 'Melrose Place' co-star called off their plans to wed after four years of dating.
Heather Locklear won't be walking down the aisle in the near future after all. Less than three months after the Caitlin Moore of "Spin City" announced her engagement to Jack Wagner, it was uncovered that she and her former "Melrose Place" co-star have called off their plans to wed.
A representative for Heather confirmed the news to the press by simply stating, "Jack and Heather are no longer engaged." It is still unclear why the pair decided to end their engagement, but the 50-year-old actress was snapped without her engagement ring on Monday, November 14 when attending the Los Angeles premiere of "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part I".
Heather and Jack have been dating since early 2007. The two announced their engagement in mid-August. Of how her daughter reacted to the news, the Amanda Woodward depicter told PEOPLE, "Ava was so excited when we told her. She hugged Jack, said congratulations, and she immediately wanted to see the ring. Then she ran and Facebooked her new stepbrother."
It would have been the third marriage for Heather and the second for Jack. Heather was previously married to rockers Richie Sambora and Tommy Lee, while Jack divorced his first wife Kristina Wagner in 2006.
