PBS Announces Premiere Date of Steve Jobs' Documentary
To air on November 2, 'Steve Jobs - One Last Thing' will feature interviews with those who knew the Apple co-founder, and include a never-before-seen 1994 interview with him.

PBS is going to celebrate the life of Steve Jobs by airing a documentary about him. The network announced that "Steve Jobs - One Last Thing" is set to premiere on Wednesday, November 2 at 10 P.M. ET.

The one-hour documentary will feature interviews with those who worked or knew the late co-founder of Apple Inc. The interviewees include other Apple co-founders Ronald Wayne and Steve Wozniak, singer will.i.am, Ross Perot who invested in NeXT Computer when Jobs was running out of money, as well as Bill Fernandez who introduced Jobs and Wozniak in Sunnyvale.

Footage from a never-before-broadcast interview with Jobs in 1994 will also be included. During the interview, the 56-year-old shared his philosophy on life, "You tend to get told that the world is the way it is, but life can be much broader once you discover one simple fact."

The former chief executive of Pixar Animation Studios continued, "...and that is that everything around you that you call life was made up by people no smarter than you... Once you learn that, you'll never be the same again."

Jobs "died peacefully" on October 5 after battling pancreatic cancer for more than six years. He resigned as Apple's CEO two months before his passing. He will get a tribute at O Music Awards which is scheduled to take place in Los Angeles on October 31.
