The former 'Ghost Whisperer' star will join Sara Gilbert, Julie Chen, Sharon Osbourne and Sheryl Underwood on the talk show starting Monday, October 24.
"The Talk" has tapped Aisha Tyler as its new full-time co-host, joining Sara Gilbert, Julie Chen, Sharon Osbourne and Sheryl Underwood. The 41-year-old actress/stand-up comedian will begin her regular gig on Monday, October 24, Deadline reports.
Tyler, along with Underwood, is the new addition to the host line-up in season 2 following Leah Remini and Holly Robinson Peete's departure. The Andrea Marino of "Ghost Whisperer" has previously served as a guest host on the CBS daytime talk show for a week.
Tyler's other past TV credits include a major role on Jennifer Aniston-starring sitcom "Friends" and a recurring role on "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation". She hosted E!'s "Talk Soup" and is currently joining the voice cast of FX's animated comedy "Archer".
