The Oliver Oken of 'Hannah Montana' is lucky that he has a clean record prior to the October 16 arrest.
Mitchel Musso was taken to a Burbank jail after he was busted for drunk driving on Sunday, October 16 morning. Police pulled him over after he failed to come to a stop for the officers who were directing traffic due to an accident.
Burbank Police Sgt. Sean Kelley told E! News, "An officer was directing traffic and Musso failed to slow down when coming to the intersection. He didn't obey instructions and was pulled over. A DUI investigation was held and he was given a field sobriety test"
The 20-year-old actor, who played Oliver Oken on "Hannah Montana", blew over a .08, which is the legal limit. He was arrested at 3:43 A.M., taken to jail and booked on suspicion of DUI. The bond was set at $5,000 but he eventually did not have to pay it because, "he had no warrants or anything like that."
