It is now confirmed that the late rapper was caught on tape while receiving oral sex from an unidentified woman.

AceShowbiz - After breaking the story that rap legend Tupac Shakur has a sex tape hidden all these years, TMZ provided photographic evidence to support it. As described previously and as seen partly in one of the pictures, Tupac had a woman performing oral sex on him.
The five-minute video was taken in a living room back in 1991. The late rapper held a cocktail at one hand and a joint in another. Per TMZ, Tupac sang along his unreleased song which was playing on the background. He wiggled his hips while the woman pleased him.
Money B of Digital Underground was also there, walking into the frame. Tupac put his arm around him and the tape reportedly ended with Tupac looking ready for a sexual intercourse.
The person in possession of the tape allegedly is making plans to release it. Two giant porn companies, one of them being YouPorn.com, reportedly are fighting for the footage and have bid over six-figures. YouPorn.com's head Corey Price made an official offer to pay $150,000 for the tape. However, the tape owner thought the number is too low and is waiting for bigger offers. Another porn site promises to outbid YouPorn.com.
