AceShowbiz - Last weekend, Nicole Richie was seen coming out for a dip in a pool in sunny Los Cabos, Mexico with fuller figure. It is now revealed that her bigger chest is the result of a boob job over the summer.
"In the past, she said she wanted a lift, though we never thought she was serious," a source told Us Weekly. Famous for her slim figure, the wife of rocker Joel Madden indeed said back in 2008 that she doesn't really like having big boobs.
The reason Richie got a boob job reportedly is because she wanted to improve her bustline for Madden. "The pregnancies took a toll. She said breast-feeding killed what boobs she did have!" another source said. Richie and Madden are parents to two children.
During the vacation, Richie was joined by DJ Samantha Ronson, actress Juliette Lewis and a couple of friends. Richie allegedly has "been open" about the boob job to her friends.
