The former girlfriend of George Clooney is eliminated in the second week although she showed an improvement in her last dance, while Chaz Bono who got the lowest score from judges is safe.

AceShowbiz - Elisabetta Canalis was sent home in the second week of "Dancing with the Stars" after just showing that she got a shot at winning the top prize. The 33-year-old beauty got 21 out 30 for her quickstep on Monday night, which was better than the 15 points she got in the first week, but viewers were apparently not in favor of her since she was in jeopardy with David Arquette on the result show.

"For me, it was a gift ... it was a great experience," Canalis said after it was revealed that Arquette, who only scored 18 the previous night, is safe and she is out of the competition. She thanked everybody, while her partner Val Chmerkovskiy stated, "I'm very proud of her [Canalis]. I'm sorry I wish I did better for you. I'm really lucky to be here. I appreciate the opportunity."

Chaz Bono received the lowest score on the second performance show, but he was announced safe before Canalis and Arquette learned their fate. Thus, he will continue his gig on the dancing competition with the other nine remaining contestants.
