AceShowbiz - Alyson Hannigan has been forced to shoot down pregnancy rumors. The Lily Aldrin of "How I Met Your Mother" recently sparked speculations she might be expecting baby No. 2 after she was photographed with what appears to be a baby bump under a loose-fitting top at the Malibu Chili Cook Off on Friday (September 2) night.
On Sunday, September 4, the 37-year-old took to her Twitter page to offer some clarification. "NO, I'm not pregnant! I just ate too much carnival food, that time of the month, hurt my back & couldn't suck my gut in, & need 2 do cardio!" so she wrote before vowing in a following tweet, "And I'm NEVER gonna wear that shirt again!!!"
While she has to pour cold water to the rumors, the actress who will reprise her role as Michelle Flaherty in "American Reunion" did understand why the speculation came about. When a follower tweeted "so rude of @PerezHilton to say that! Zero manners!", she responded, "Not really. I do LOOK pregnant in that photo!"
Alyson is married to actor Alexis Denisof. The two have had one daughter together, Satyana Marie Denisof, who was born at home on her 35th birthday in 2009.
