Sookie summons her new power to save Bill as Marnie plans to have Eric kill Bill during the vampire Festival of Tolerance.
The battle between vampires and witches on "True Blood" is yet to be over and Marnie will use Eric to exercise her plan to kill Bill at the vampire Festival of Tolerance. Lucky for Bill, Sookie arrives in time in Shreveport and is able to summon her most potent powers yet to save him in the upcoming episode.
In the process, Sookie will break a spell, perhaps the one that holds Eric under Marnie's control. The Stackhouse girl also teams up with Jesus, Lafayette and Jason to breach the Moongoddess Emporium's defenses to liberate Tara and Holly, while Bill leads a brigade of vampires committed to blowing the place to kingdom come.
Meanwhile, Alcide reconsiders his allegiances after Marcus attacked Tommy, who was posing as Sam. Terry drags Andy to "Fort Bellefleur" for an intervention to help him stop his V addition, while Jason will possibly send Hoyt overwhelmed by jealousy with his and Jessica's latest intimate encounter.
"Burning Down the House" will air Sunday, August 28 at 9 P.M. on HBO.
