AceShowbiz - Roughly a month before "How I Met Your Mother" returns with all-new episodes for the seventh season, five stills from the season opener come out, teasing that things between Barney and Robin might get steamier. Two of the newly-released pictures show the two share a dance during Punchy's wedding.
One of them sees Barney getting mighty close to Robin in what looks like a slow dance. He puts his arm around her waist, while she returns the favor by touching his neck and jaw. The other one, meanwhile, features the couple engaging in a more lively routine. He sits on a chair with her on her lap smiling to him.
Executive producer and co-creator Craig Thomas previously told EW about the dance scene, "Barney and Robin clear the floor at a wedding for an awesome dance number. You know, we're going up against 'Dancing with the Stars' again. So we thought if we can't beat 'em, join 'em. Want dancing stars? We got that!"
The other two images show Barney and Robin along with Punchy, Lily, and Marshall. One depicts them standing in front of an exit door, and the other sees them having a conversation in the bar. The fifth, and last photo teases what would be one of the funny moments in the episode. Ted and the groom are seen fighting to get a hold of the mic.
Titled "The Best Man", the episode will see Barney preparing for his wedding to a mystery bride. He and Ted reminisce about Punchy's wedding including when Marshall and Lily announced they are having a baby. Meanwhile, Robin considers telling Barney she has feelings for him.
"You couldn't miss it in that longing look she gave Barney, who was looking at Nora [Nazanin Boniadi]," Thomas dished on. "If there are fans of the Robin and Barney relationship in all of its weird complexities, they're going to be very excited about this season. We pick up on the fact that there are feelings again."
