The 'No Air' hitmaker records the impromptu cover in her hotel room and shares it to her fans via Twitter.
Jordin Sparks has done a cover of Demi Lovato's ballad track "Skyscraper" in her hotel room recently. The 2007 winner of "American Idol" shared black-and-white footage of her impromptu performance on Twitter.
"Check this vid of me singing #skyscraper by @ddlovato. I didnt want 2 be loud in the hotel room," Jordin wrote. The clip opens with her singing praise to the former "Sonny with a Chance" star for her "amazing" job in "Skyscraper".
Jordin is one of the many celebrities who are impressed with Demi's song. Just a few days ago after the song release, she tweeted, "Go grab #Skyscraper by @ddlovato...GIRL you KILLED that! Thanks for keeping my bgvs on it! Youre gonna change hearts w/ this song!"
The other celebs who poured some love to Demi included Pete Wentz, Katy Perry, Selena Gomez, Ashley Tisdale and Kelly Clarkson. Pete wrote on his Twitter, "Amazing when people put themselves into their art completely #np skyscraper by @ddlovato." Katy tweeted on her own page, "The new song Skyscraper by @ddlovato is pure perfection. Her voice is one of the BEST undiscovered beauties. Can't wait for the full record."
Selena also sent Demi a supportive message, "SO, SO proud of @ddlovato #skyscraper Incredible, beautiful and so inspiring." Ashley dished on how she's "Loving @ddlovato new song #skyscraper." She reasoned, "Her voice is absolutely amazing." Kelly sang her praise, "cool song and her voice sounds rad!"
