The other musical acts for the gig hosted by Ryan Seacrest include Alicia Keys, Bruno Mars, Carrie Underwood, John Mayer and Rascal Flatts.

A bunch of high-profile performers have been booked to headline first-ever iHeartRadio Music Festival. Outlandish singer Lady GaGa, Young Money first lady Nicki Minaj, former "American Idol" winner Kelly Clarkson and British acclaimed band Coldplay appear on the list.

The other musical guests are Alicia Keys, Steven Tyler, Black Eyed Peas, Kenny Chesney, Jennifer Lopez, Carrie Underwood, Jane's Addiction, John Mayer, David Guetta, Rascal Flatts, Bruno Mars and Sublime with Rome. Additionally, there will be special performances from Usher and Sting.

The inaugural music festivity will take place at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas and will be held for two consecutive nights, September 23 and 24. Hosting the star-studded event will be Ryan Seacrest. The radio personality promised the two-day gig will mark "the biggest live concert festival in radio history."

"This is a once in a generation gathering of artists and fans from all over the country for a true, must-see music event," Ryan said. "Listeners from all over America will travel to Las Vegas to celebrate the next generation of iHeart Radio, while seeing the greatest musicians in the world on one stage."

Exclusive pre-sale tickets for the concert will also be available starting June 11, while tickets for general public will be on sale beginning July 16 at iHeartRadio.com. In the coming weeks, more A-list artists are expected to be added to the gig.
