The first trailer for "Footloose" has landed online. The video, debuted via MTV, gives a sneak-peek to Kenny Wormald who leads youngsters in town break a rule. The snippet also shares scenes where Wormald and Julianne Hough get closer while they are dancing.
A remake of 1980s film of the same name, "Footloose" revolves around Ren McCormack (Wormald) and Ariel Moore (Hough). They rebel against a local law that bans dancing and rock music after a post-dance car accident claimed the lives of five local teens.
In addition to the aforementioned actors, the musical dramedy movie also has Dennis Quaid, Andie MacDowell and Miles Teller taking the supporting roles as Rev. Shaw Moore, Vi Moore and Willard Hewitt respectively. Directed by Craig Brewer, this flick will make its way out on October 14 Stateside.
