TV

After the outspoken contestant went MIA during the task given in the May 8 episode, Donald Trump said, 'To you, Nene, I say, you're fired,' at the Boardroom.

AceShowbiz - NeNe Leakes won't cause a stir among the contestants anymore, but she made another controversial move before leaving the show. She went missing after Donald Trump did her a favor by moving her to Backbone so that she did not have to work with her arc nemesis Star Jones. Meanwhile, Meat Loaf was moved to ASAP.

The first task on the three-hour episode aired on Sunday, May 8 was to produce a comedy show and raised money for charities. La Toya Jackson, who was brought back after she was fired two weeks ago, was project manager for Backbone, while Meat Loaf was project manager for the other team.

NeNe went MIA, but the show must go on so La Toya was told to work with the remaining team members. When NeNe finally made a call, she claimed that she was upset about Mr. Trump accommodating Star and was ready to quit. The businessman told her it's a bad idea, but she left anyway.

Backbone got Jimmy Fallon and Larry King. The former not only performed a song called "You're Fiyered" at the show, but also gave a $10,000 check. La Toya thought they did a good job, but was nervous about the amount of money they collected.

As for ASAP, they got a video of Tracy Morgan. Billie Jean King additionally made a huge donation of $25,000. Meat Loaf caused Marlee Matlin worried during rehearsal because he kept forgetting things, but he did well on the show. Marlee ended the show with impressive jokes about being deaf and getting menus in braille.

At the Boardroom, they did talk about NeNe. Despite her own choice to quit the show, Mr. Trump declared, "To you, Nene, I say, you're fired. And you're a quitter. And Star Jones kicked your ass whether you like it or not." Ivanka Trump said it's sad that Hope Dworaczyk lost the chance to be there because the others saw much in NeNe, but now she's gone.

Back to the results, it was announced that ASAP won the task after raising a total of $102, 080, while Backbone collected $82,500. Lil Jon easily pointed at the project manager for the team's loss, and Mr. Trump decided to fire La Toya because she brought in less money than Meat Loaf.

The teams then moved on with the next task which was to promote a new OnStar product. Marlee was project manager for ASAP, while John Rich was project manager for Backbone. ASAP's idea included a cop, a stolen car and donuts. Their commercial was humorous.

Meanwhile, Backbone had Lil Jon featured on the commercial. Their presentation was energetic and entertaining as well as informative. John thought they nailed the originality and creativity with the Discover On.

The two teams headed to Boardroom again where Backbone was announced as the winner in the task. They got $40,000 more dollars for St. Jude.

ASAP discussed their work and Star refused to be blamed for the loss. She and Marlee agreed that Meat Loaf should be fired. Meat Loaf defended himself and said Star was the one who should be fired. After the two argued about what's wrong and what should have been done, Mr. Trump finally fired Star.

Next week, two of the four remaining contestants, which are Meat Loaf, John Rich, Lil Jon and Marlee Matlin, will be fired. Meanwhile, three previous winners will return as mentors.
