'I think this is the best reason why I got naked in my life,' says Elisabetta Canalis in a behind-the-scenes footage from her photo shoot for the new ad campaign against fur.
Elisabetta Canalis is flaunting off her sexy body for a good cause. The Italian model girlfriend of George Clooney stripped down to her birthday suit in an effort to promoting PETA's campaign against the cruel treatment of animals in the fur industry, and a behind-the-scenes video from the photo shoot has come out via The Insider.
In the footage, the 32-year-old reveals the inspiration behind her support for the campaign. "I was a kid, a little girl, and was watching TV at home and they showed a documentary," she recalls. "And in the documentary, I saw how they killed little animals, like electrocuting them, drowning them, bludgeoning them."
The model, who has a recurring role in season 3 of "Leverage", goes on to say, "I was shocked because I was a little girl, but by that moment I thought that I would never, never, never, wear fur in my life." Asked about posing naked for the ad, she replies, "I think this is the best reason why I got naked in my life."
