Corbin Bleu Could Co-Host 'The X Factor (US)' With Nicole Scherzinger

Neither the 'High School Musical' actor nor The Pussycat Dolls singer has signed on for the show, but the full judging and hosting line-up is expected to be announced before May 8.

AceShowbiz - Another name is mentioned for "The X Factor (US)". According to Entertainment Weekly, Corbin Bleu is close to join the show as a co-host and is currently in talks with FOX. He might team up with Nicole Scherzinger who has been previously reported as a potential co-host.

"Nicole is more than happy to make the extra effort to be there because she knows what an opportunity this could be for her solo career," a source has said about The Pussycat Dolls member. However, it is also noted that both Bleu and Scherzinger are yet to sign up for the singing competition series.

In the meantime, the show should have its full judging and hosting line-up in place by May 8, when the production begins shooting the audition rounds before the judges. So far, only Antonio "L.A." Reid who is officially announced to as the judge along with Simon Cowell.

Paula Abdul and Cheryl Cole were recently said as Cowell's final choices to join him on the judge panel of his new show, but a representative for the music mogul was quick to debunk the report.
