Defending the 'Friday' hitmaker, the 'Born This Way' singer adds, 'anyone that's telling her she's cheesy is full of s**t.'
Another big star has come to Rebecca Black's defense. During a special interview segment with Google, Lady GaGa praised the internet sensation, "I say Rebecca Black is a genius and anyone that's telling her she's cheesy is full of s**t."
However, GaGa admitted she actually hasn't watched Rebecca's "Friday" music video, which becomes the main reason the teenager got a lot of nasty comments. Nevertheless, she insisted that gaining an overnight fame through internet is "fantastic," gushing "I love the internet."
Furthermore, the outlandish singer pointed out that she has something in common with Black, who recently said she felt being "cyber-bullied." "I, too, am a child of the dot-com era... That's the thing about fame that is difficult because if you screw up ... Google. It's there," GaGa said.
Lady GaGa's interview with Google was dubbed "Musicians@Google Presents: Google Goes Gaga". It's part of her efforts to promote her highly-anticipated album "Born This Way" which is going to be released in the U.S. on May 23.
