Lending her famous face to the part two of the "Hottie Body" sketch, the supermodel wife of Seal helps the TV host's Jimmy K in endorsing his new diet program, "Jim-Miracle", where he eats 4/5 of people's food for them to help them lose weight.
While Heidi asks Jimmy how the diet works for people like her, other Hollywood hot actresses share that nothing worked for them until they tried the diet. Emily Blunt shares, "I swallowed a tape worm." Meanwhile, Scarlett Johansson claims, "I hired a ninja to slap the food out of my hand before I could eat it."
