The new sneak peek video is added with an introduction by the helmer who promotes his film as a horror movie 'like Jersey girl'.
Director/writer Kevin Smith is hard at work promoting his movie "Red State" and has re-released a teaser trailer for it. It actually contains same scenes from the first teaser but this time he opens the video with an introduction where he calls the film a horror movie "like Jersey girl".
"Red State" is set in a small town dominated by a fundamentalist preacher, Abin Cooper. Three high school boys, who are on their way to an internet arranged meeting with a woman, end up crossing paths with Cooper. The encounter sets into motion a series of events that causes all hell to break loose.
Melissa Leo, Kyle Gallner and Michael Angarano are among those supporting the cast ensemble. The movie was recently screened at Radio City Music Hall in New York City and raked in $161,590 from ticket sales. The horror thriller will later hit limited U.S. theaters on October 19.
