The trailer for the movie will allegedly include a scene where Steve Rogers is beaten by someone on the streets and a first look at Howard Stark.
A trailer for "Captain America: The First Avenger" has recently been screened at Russian Movie Expo. SuperHeroHype scooper got a chance to watch it and has described what he/she saw in the trailer.
It reportedly opens with [SPOILER ALERT!] recruitment scene where Steve Rogers is called. He begs to the doctors to be given "a chance" but he gets rejected. The scene is cut to Camp Lehigh where Col. Chester Phillips, with Peggy Carter by her side, tells some soldiers including Steve, "General Patton has said, that wars may be fought with weapons, but they are won by men."
Next, Steve (Pre Super-Soldier Serum) gets beaten by someone on the streets and he takes a part of garbage can as his shield. The guy that beats him up says, "You just don't know when to give up, do you?" and Steve replies, "I can do this all day!" He takes another beating from the guy.
Another highlight in the trailer is Steve chosen to be "the first in a new breed of Super-Soldiers." A long preview to Steve's painful transformation into Super-Soldier is also included in the trailer. Later, everyone is shocked to see the brand new Steve Rogers.
Also in the trailer, people will reportedly get the first look at Howard Stark and the first full and clear shot of Red Skull's face as Johann Schmidt takes his human mask off. Additionally, there will be action scenes featuring Howling Commandos wrecking s**t and kicking butt, flying spaceship, Hydra men as well as some explosions.
It is noted that there are some unfinished CGI elements in the trailer such as the hovering space airship. USO suit wasn't shown, but the helmeted/ripped USO suit was shown. Moreover, the scooper claims there is possibility the footage shown is or is not the first trailer for the movie.
Meanwhile, other reports say the first full trailer for "Captain America" will premiere this week on March 4. However, Cinema Blend heard that the preview video will be attached to "Battle: Los Angeles" that hits theaters Friday, March 11.
"Captain America", which follows Steve Rogers who volunteers for a top secret research project that turns him into Captain America, is set for July 22 release Stateside. Chris Evans leads with Sebastian Stan playing his sidekick Bucky Barnes and Hugo Weaving portraying villainous Red Skull.
