Promised to spark controversy, the Alex da Kid-produced single will be released in full on February 1 and feature Skylar Gray.
Lupe Fiasco is readying a new single called "Words I Never Said", and he has released an official teaser for it. Coming from production hands of today's in-demand music maker Alex da Kid, it has been promised in a recent interview to be "a really big, controversial record."
Giant billboards in the sneak peek video feature some of the song lyrics, "It's so loud inside my head with words that I should have said. I can't take back the words I never said." It continues with "Crooked banks around the world would gladly give a loan today, so if you ever mi$$ payment they can take your home away. It you turn on TV, all you see a buncha what the f**ks."
As those words are flashed on the screen, music could be heard booming in the background. The new song is scheduled to make its debut next month on February 1 with Skylar Gray as a featured guest. It is confirmed to be listed in Lupe's March 8 release "Lasers".
