The new bachelor chose to keep the woman who slapped him at their first meeting and handed out the rose to a nanny eleven years his junior.
Brad Womack officially got a second chance at finding his soul mate through "The Bachelor". On the January 3 premiere, the bachelor faced the consequence of rejecting both the final two women in season 11. Not only DeAnna Pappas and Jenni Croft were back to confront him, but also some of the new bachelorettes gave him a hard time.
Chantal O'Brien was the first girl to come out of the limo and she gave Brad a good smack on the face. Pappas was also being hard on him, saying "It is real hard for someone to get to the real part of me. So for me the final day was brutal because I felt the one person that I trusted most let me down."
Nevertheless, Brad got through the ordeal and managed to narrow it down to 20 and gave the first impression rose to Ashley Spivey, a 26 years old nanny who lost her dad last year. Brad then gave roses to Alli, Ashley H., Britt, Chantal, Emily, Jackie, Keltie, Kimberly, Lindsay, Lisa M., Madison, Marissa, Meghan, Melissa, Michelle, Raichel, Sarah P., Shawntel and Stacey.
Those going home are Britnee, Cristy, J., Jill, Lacey, Lauren, Lisa P., Rebecca, Renee and Sarah L.
