Nucky's beer business goes through up and down, Rothstein questions World Series and Jimmy deals with the aftermath of Charlie's attack.

AceShowbiz - The liquor business is spreading fast on "Boardwalk Empire" and Nucky is getting richer. But his business is threatened by a leaked information sent by a frustrated Margaret to Van Alden, leading to barrels of beer inside his garage being smashed.

On the day of the annual St. Patrick's Eve dinner, Nucky deals with his jealous brother's oratory ambitions, as well as a group of disenchanted "Leprechauns." In New York, Arnold Rothstein worries about his involvement in the fixed World Series, while in Chicago, Jimmy copes with the aftermath of a vicious attack orchestrated by Torrio rival Charlie Sheridan.

"Nights in Ballygran" airs October 17 on HBO.

The popularity of "Boardwalk Empire" is increasing higher that a resort to open outside Nevada will pull a '20s theme in honor of the show. Dennis Gomes, who is rebuilding Resorts Atlantic City, says dealers, cocktail servers, bellhops and others will dress in 1920s-period costumes while music from that period will be played.
