Unfortunately, the Slim Shady has to pass on his acceptance speech since he has rushed to the Big Apple for a live performance with Jay-Z.

AceShowbiz - Following Lady GaGa's early triple victories, Eminem who earlier that night kicked off MTV Video Music Awards with "Love the Way You Lie" with Rihanna grabbed Best Male Video. Announced by Nicki Minaj and Katy Perry, he won over Usher, B.o.B, Drake and Jason Derulo, but didn't make acceptance speech as he already left the building to perform with Jay-Z at Yankee Stadium in the Big Apple.

Prior to that, 30 Seconds to Mars were invited by "Jackass 3D" cast to the stage to collect a prize for Best Rock Video. "We're proud to share this with all the other artists," said frontman Jared Leto. Their music video for "Kings and Queens" pushed aside Muse's "Uprising", Paramore's "Ignorance", Florence and the Machine's "Dog Days Are Over" and MGMT's "Flash Delirium".

And once again, GaGa scooped another gong, giving her a total of four so far. She took home the Moonman for Best Pop Video. Presented by "Glee" cast, she took the stage in new clothes, trading her peacock dress with a heavy outfit. "I apologize if I'm a little slow this evening, fashion road kill," she told the crowd. "We were born this way baby!"
