AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber upset troopers who were present at his sold-out Maryland concert for crowd control as he shot them with water balloon. Words are, the 16-year-old pop idol accidentally hit two cops while having water-balloon tossing outside his trailer before the gig.
Before the cops could bust him, Bieber was quickly ushered into the trailer while his bodyguard approached the officers and persuaded them not to take charges, E! Online reported. A state police spokesperson cited the singer's behavior as "inappropriate" but said they will take no further action over the incident.
Justin Bieber performed at Maryland State Fair in Baltimore on September 5. Despite the incident, he wrote on Twitter that day, "still laughing. GREAT DAY." This coming weekend, he is going to visit Los Angeles for a live performance at MTV Video Music Awards at Nokia Theater Sunday, September 12.
