On Tuesday, July 20, an Orange County court has ruled James is given a physical custody of Sunny, while the girl's mother insists to also move to Texas because she 'can't get attached and let her go.'

AceShowbiz - Custody battle between Jesse James and his ex-wife Janine Lindemulder has been settled on Tuesday, July 20 when an Orange County court gave James a physical custody of 6-year-old daughter, Sunny, Us Magazine reported. With Judge Thomas Schulte's decision, James could take his daughter to Texas as he has initially planned.

When the Orange County judge announced the decision, Lindemulder immediately broke down and clutched her attorney. While putting her head down, the former porn star cried, "I can't do this! I'll move. I'll move. I can't get attached and let her go."

According to the judge's rule, Lindemulder will see Sunny once a month in California, get half of Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, two-thirds of summer vacation and all of spring break. Sunny will also stay with Lindemulder for the remainder of the summer before moving to Texas to attend school in the fall.

James, in the meantime, has purchased a 9-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom home in Austin, Texas where he will live with Sunny and two other kids from his previous marriage to Karla James. The move was said part of James' bid to win ex-wife Sandra Bullock back although his rep previously claimed the move is due to business matters.

While James refused to speak to reporters or photographers during his way out from the court, Lindemulder was a bit more open, sharing "[Sunny] will be fine. It hurts. Sandy is good. Jesse is good. Sunny loves baby Louis. She's excited to move to Texas. [Bullock] will be good for her." Financial issues will be determined at a later court date.
